Flats Boats by Mitzi Skiffs

Hey there Mitzlaff & Co.,
Just wanted to thank you guys again for the great boat and hours of fun on the water. I finally got out on a calm day of Boca Raton and caught a few dozen pilchards and got out before the winds and seas kicked up. After rigging a 3/0 3x Gorilla hook, i dropped my first pilchard of the day over some good looking structure in 70 ft of water. BOOM! I got hammered as soon as it hit the bottom. After a twenty minute battle on twenty pound test, I got her up to the boat, WOW, the biggest fish I ever caught from a
flats boat besides a tarpon or shark. I tried to revive her and after about 15 minutes I knew it was futile. I kept her and fed the whole village. By the way, on the way in the seas had kicked up to 2-4 ft. But thanks to the Mitzi Skiff, I made it in no problem and never took one wave over the bow,
and just a little spray in the face, but over all amazingly dry.
I have a Mitzi 16, 40 HP, Just a great fishing machine. Thanks Again,
